1. Return term
In accordance with the provisions of article 21 of Royal Decree-Law 8/2020, of March 17, on extraordinary urgent measures to face the economic and social impact of COVID-19, during the term of the Alarm State or its possible extensions, The deadlines for the return of the products purchased by any modality are interrupted, either in person or online. The computation of the terms will resume at the moment in which Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, which declares the State of Alarm or, where appropriate, its extensions, is no longer in force.
2. Request for return
For returns of online purchases you must follow these simple steps:
2.1. Request a return through the "My orders" page, accessing the order you are interested in returning and clicking the "return" button. You will receive an email with the return label.
2.2. Prepare the product correctly packaged and protected, with the return label attached. In no case should this form be pasted on the original packaging of the product.
2.3. Send the product by post to our address Calle Isla de Mouro 3, Somo, Cantabria, 39140.
2.4. Verification and refund: Once it has been verified that the return is in accordance with the established conditions, we will proceed to make the refund within a maximum period of 15 calendar days.
3. Delivery and collection costs
The returns of products purchased online, if it is due to shipping errors or other causes attributable to Ecodeos, the collection will be made at no cost to you and at the place you indicate. In the rest of the cases, the client will assume the return costs. These costs are normally similar or equal to the shipping costs of the original order. The shipping and collection costs in case of change or replacement of the product will be borne by Ecodeos.
- The product must be in perfect condition, with its accessories and original packaging.
- Movies, music, video games and software, once opened, will only be changed in the event of a defect, and by the same title.
- The return of computers, large appliances, electric skates and hoverboards is subject to prior verification.
- For health and hygiene reasons, mattresses, pillows, underwear and toiletries, once opened, are only returned in case of defect.
- Items with promotions:
- The return of the item will always be complete, that is, if at the time of purchase you had a gift or discount check, you must deliver them in order to make the return.
- In special promotions in which the cheapest item is given away, the price of the item given on the day of purchase will be deducted from the total without any associated promotion.
- The Client will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the product resulting from a manipulation of the same other than that necessary for its nature, its characteristics or its operation.
- In any case, for the purposes of using the right of withdrawal, it is necessary that the product be returned in its original packaging along with the invoice and all its components. Before returning the product, the Customer must ensure that it is duly protected and sealed so that it is not damaged during transport. Notwithstanding all of the foregoing, the right of withdrawal and / or termination is excluded in those cases in which, due to the nature of the property being acquired, it is impossible to carry it out.
